Over the course of 6-8 weeks, we will work together to develop career management documents, including an SES portfolio (a 2-page SES/ECQ/TQ resume or a 2-page GS/federal or industry resume) and outlines, as well as coaching, to prepare for the structured SES ECQ-focused interview.
